Yes we live on the property .It is our personal residence as well as the Boarding kennels . 

All dogs must have proof of a current ava approved  vaccination or Titer Test .

We do encourage yearly canine cough 

Yes they are ensuring our clients are kept comfy through summer 

Yes they are .The entire building is fully roofed. Their  sleeping area has an internal ceiling like a house to keep the draft out & dogs can be shut in in winter for bed time just like being in a big laundry 

We allow the small breed play only .

Large breeds we match so they can enjoy playtime through the fence .

At Merrybark we pride ourselves on the dogs getting outside as many hrs as possible .We do  not charge for outside time 

Time is based around the weather  first & foremost 

Summer out early in the morning back inside during the heat & out again in the evening till late .

Winter ,Autumn & spring they can be outside all day.

Outside mental enrichment is important  

We post 2/3 times a week on our facebook page playtime for owners to see their dogs 

Please bring safe bedding to go on top of the trampoline bed ,2 toys,we are happy to give bedtime treats provided .Dogs winter coats are happily put on 

Please bring all vet prescribed medications in the bag supplied by the vet that clearly identifies what product is being given.Please allow spares in case of delays  

Merrybark provides the food ,

We feed Prime100 Turkey & flaxseed rolls & Royal Canin .

You are welcome to bring your own food .

Please ensure enough is supplied with extra in case of delay or higher activity levels.

All frozen food must be bagged for daily use & made up ready .Please clearly label with name   

Dogs will be brushed as required during their stay .

Please ensure you dogs is brushed out,knot free prior to arrival & flea/Tick treated if required   .

If dog arrives in a non groomed state or requires flea treatment you will be charged for this  

Merrybark has a boarding contract  that all owners sign whilst in our care .

Refunds are not given for returning early Unless Merrybark understands it is a special circumstance 

Merrybark use Kudah vet  & Westcoats vet for after hrs care .

Dogs with a medical history please write down details and inform your vet it is in the care of Merrybark  & that they may be required to treat or communicate with our vet.

Merrybark will not board certain dogs .

No diabetic dogs

No Human Aggressive dog 

No Severe dog aggression.

No terminal dogs unless prior discussed .

Very elderly dogs must be discussed about suitability
Dogs that hate women 

No mobility affected dogs (rear ends that drag)

No severe behavioural issue ( extreme separation anxiety,jumpers 

Payment must be made prior to collecting dog if online .
